Responsibilities
Personal Lines Sales Agent responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Exceptional relationship skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Follow up, stay organized, and have an interest in growing their sales, marketing, and insurance skills and knowledge.
- Will travel throughout DFW and Houston areas and on occasion to other markets.
- We require and install a GPS device on all Marketing Rep vehicles and/or phones.
- Required to meet with numerous independent agents each day.
- Train agency principles and their staff on how to use our products.
- Meet and present our product to new agents with whom we do not currently have a relationship.
- Encourage agents and their staff to choose our products over our competitors. Willing to ask for the sale.
- Develop solid relationships that are a catalyst to business growth.
